Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, different from the product ordered, missing essential accessories, or otherwise eligible under the product listing or applicable law. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and packaging details.
Return Window
Unless a product page states a different window, refund or return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, undamaged by the customer, and returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and invoice.
Items Not Eligible
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, electrical issues, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original accessories, packaging, serial number labels, or invoice.
- Installed or used appliances without a verified manufacturing defect.
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page, except where required by law.
Inspection And Approval
Returned products may be inspected by Anikart Online, the seller, logistics partner, or authorized service partner. Refund approval depends on the product condition and the reason for return. If the return is rejected, the product may be sent back to you.
Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds are usually initiated to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount. Shipping, installation, handling, or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or required by law.
